Michael Tolson Banner, Principal

Mr. Banner is the executive director at Prince George’s County Community Development Corporation (PGCCDC), a non-profit organization that was created for community engagement, empowerment, and entrepreneurship to the citizens of Prince George County.

A proven leader, she drives transformation by boosting productivity, reducing costs, and elevating underperforming teams into high-performing organizations. She is certified as an Oracle OCI AI Foundations Associate and an IBM Generative AI Associate.

Leah Miller, PhD
VP, Digital Health, Education, and Policy

Dr. Leah Miller is an accomplished interdisciplinary scientist and strategic executive leader whose expertise lies at the intersection of research, innovation, and human capital. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning public health, human resources, higher education, and research, Leah excels at translating the neuroscience of leadership into practical frameworks which serve to strengthen institutions, build leaders, and promote the advancement of equitable, future-ready systems.

He has successfully delivered results in countries as Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica, Bolivia, Mexico, USA, and Canada. Leon holds certifications from IPN.Hugo

Patti is a results-driven, and innovative leader with proven success in attracting, integrating and retaining world-class technical and business talent from US and Latin America. Extensive experience balancing operations efficiency and employee satisfaction. A futuristic vision on technology and real estate. Robinson is the co-founder of the following companies: Harvbest TECH, RGG Investments Group, Pole Pole Holdings, APR Holdings, KAR and MPR Ventures. Fluent in English and Spanish. Patty holds certifications from University of Houston, University of Saint Thomas, and Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara
